About Narellan Anglican

We’re a community where people from all walks of life can come to Christ and grow in Christ. We gather every Sunday to hear God’s Word, pray together and live out our faith in love and service. There are also midweek gathers for children, youth, adults, seniors, men and women.

Church is not just a place to go, it is a family where we encourage one another to be deep in God’s word, to adore God, to love one another, to serve one another, and to be on mission.

We are a community where you will be treated with kindness and respect.

Our Vision

Our vision is that God would be glorified by growing us to be a community of a thousand disciples of Jesus Christ. Our vision for you is that you would come to Christ and grow in him.

Our Mission

Our mission is to multiply disciples of Jesus Christ who are deep in his word, who adore him, who gather in a community of faith and love, who serve one another in love and who are on mission, bearing gospel fruit.

Our Beliefs

We believe Jesus died and rose again to bring salvation to all who trust in him. The Bible is God’s Word, and we worship one God—Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Our Staff Team

Jim Douglass

Senior Minister. Jim joined in 2015 after serving as an assistant minister in Wollongong. Jim is married to Vanessa with 4 adult children. Both Jim and Vanessa became Christians in their 20’s so love spending time with people who want to investigate Jesus but haven’t grown up with church.

Hamish Sullivan

Assistant Minister (overseeing Maturity and Mission). Hamish joined in 2026 after studying at Moore College. He and his wife Priscilla have two children. Hamish loves playing guitar, watching his beloved Manly Sea Eagles, spending time with his family, and helping people come to know and trust Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, and grow as His disciples.

Nikhil Kurien

Assistant Minister (overseeing Gatherings and Ministry). Nikhil joined the team in 2026 after graduating from Moore College. He is married to Gemma and has a young son named Leo. Nikhil loves spending time with people, watching sports, and eating food! However his greatest passion is serving Jesus through seeing Christ glorified in our church gatherings and people trained and discipled to love and serve God!

Heidi Longley

Pastoral Care worker (overseeing Community). Heidi joined the team in 2017 and is keen to see people well cared for and connected in our church family.
